According to Ian Thomas : Photo No.14 is a Combined Carrier (OBO, CABU etc.) she is not a tanker.

Auke I have identified Mystery Vessel Number 14 as the 1985 Built OBO KAPITAN SPIVAK IMO 8023280 ex MAUREEN,
I have attached a link to show this is the correct vessel.
