The only motion her crew seegs is in watching the shore line as their boat swings around with the tide ...
Just a grim reminder to us what goes on abroad ...

Fire broke out in the forward hold of this Belgian Tanker - three hours before this picture  taken . . .
She is one of the many ships anchored in mid - stream on the Delaware for the duration of the War.
This is an added precaution in a neutral port to fool attemps of sabatage.
