"LA HESBAYE" HIT WHILE AT ANCHOR

LONDON, Oct. 23. - The British steamer Port Darwin, Capt. Warey, while leaving Antwerp today for Brazil, came into collision with the Dutch tank steamer La Hesbaye, Capt. Eckhoff, from Philadelphia. Both vessels were slightly damaged. La Hesbaye was at anchor at the time of the accident.
