Built in 1982 as the Exxon Maine, for Exxon Shipping by Jakobson Shipyard of Oyster Bay, New York.
She is certified with an ABS loadline +A-1 Towing; her length overall is 106.8(ft) with an actual length of 103.9(ft),
a beam of 34(ft) and a draft of 15.2(ft). She is 290 Gross Registered Tons and 197 Net Registered Tons.
Her draft loaded is 13.6(ft), her draft light is 12(ft). She is powered by two EMD 16-645-E6 main engines with
Falk reduction gears at a ratio of 4.481:1 for a rated horsepower of 4,000.
She is a twin screw tug equipped with Kort Nozzles and flanking rudders.
She features one fire monitor rated at 2,000 Gallons Per Minute. Her towing gear includes an INTERcon Single
Drum towing winch 2,300(ft) of 2 1/4(in) towing wire. She is fitted with an elevating wheelhouse with a maximum
height of eye of 45(ft). She can carry 54,700 gallons of fuel oil, and 3,000 gallons of potable water.

Exxon later renamed her "Exxon Carquinez", when Exxon later became Sea River Maritime she was renamed
the "S/R Carquinez". Later, she was renamed simply "Justine" until McAllister Towing and Transportation ac-
quiredher and name her the "Justine McAllister".
She is assigned to McAllister's New York, New York fleet.
