 The "Esso Scranton" is a "T2" tanker, the type made famous by their great contribution to victory in World War II.
The vessel is shown here discharging cargo at Tiverton, R.I.
"Esso Scranton" was sold to Taiwan for scrapping 10/1972 and arrived at Kaohsiung 1/1973 being the last T2 tanker
in the ESSO fleet.
