The restored photo of the "Esso Bayonne" was taken on the Hudson River near West Point, NY, approx 100 km
North from New York City, by Barry Parker, with a 35mm Mamiya Secor camera.
The photo and the whole collection of photographs of Barry Parker was damaged as he told me, "they where in the basement at
my house,  and we had a bad flood in Dec 1992. The water here is brackish because I am on the shore of Long Island Sound.
After the flood as part of the cleanup process, I took the wet prints and negatives and put them away on a shelf where they
dried and stuck together. They stayed in that shelf until March 2003".
