( Photo collection Barry Parker )
The photo and the whole collection of photographs of Barry Parker was damaged as he told me, "they where in the basement at
my house,  and we had a bad flood in Dec 1992. The water here is brackish because I am on the shore of Long Island Sound.
After the flood as part of the cleanup process, I took the wet prints and negatives and put them away on a shelf where they
dried and stuck together. They stayed in that shelf until March 2003".
This photo was restored and Barry told me ; "I believe this was taken March or April 1971, on the East River in New York".
