Tank Barge built in 1971 by Gretna Machine & Iron Works, Harvey LA, as "Esso Barge No. 33", 2707 Grt.
Renamed in 1973 as "Exxon Barge No. 33".
Sold in 1993 to Marine Spill Response Corp., as "MSRC 451".
"MSRC 451" is an Oil Spill Response Barge (OSRB), with a
Storage Capacity 44,750 barrels. Vessel location is Richmond, CA
