Transferred to East Coast via Mississippi 1954.
Rebuilt at Sorel 1954. Gross 4947, net 3461,
Returned to Lakes 1965. In 1986 sold and in service as oil storage barge as "Provmar Terminal II".
Reported as towed to the scrapyard at Port Colborne, ON, on October 2, 2012.

Lengthened and received bulbous bow at Sorel, P.Q., in winter, 1953-1954 (394.42 x 53 x 26; 4947 gross - 3101 registered).

Disposition
1986, Vessel used as oil storage barge.

History
As IMPERIAL SARNIA: Arrived at Halifax, Nova Scotia, August 8, 1962, after collision with trawler SURGE, off Egg Island. Ran aground about ten miles upriver from Ogdensburg, NY, St. Lawrence River, on April 15, 1974. Repaired at Canadian Vickers.
