"Lyria" had been hit, during a commercial trip, destination Fos Sur Mer ( during summer 1994 ) by a French
submarine, offshore Toulon. This submarine was training to avoid large ships !!!!
It caused a suspicious leak of crude. This leak was noticed when she was towed for arrival at Fos Sur Mer.
She was secured and emptied slowly ( about two weeks ). They discovered a hole not far from the bow.
