which exploded in the engineroom, killing part engine crew and set the vessel on fire to accomodation.

20/03/1986 Struck by an Iraqi Exocet missile whilst anchored in ballast off Kharg Island,
set on fire & severely damaged. Towed to Dubai and sold as a CTL,
arrived Kaohsiung in tow for scrap ( By Chi Shun Hua Steel )
