Long passage
The supertanker Mia Margrethe of Norway attracted a crowd las week as it glided through the ship channel near the Port Aransas
ferry landlng on its way to deliver a massive load of oil to the Port of Corpus Christi. The 1,064 foot tanker is the largest ship ever to dock In Corpus Christi.
The big vessel cleared the Harbor Brldge at the entrance to the port with just two leet to spare on Wednesday, Feb. 4. It cruised back out through the jettles on Monday, Feb. 9.
