"El Paso Columbia", delivery refused because of construction faults, stranded in tow 17.12.1981
& laid up in the James River until sold for BU in 1986] - 1983 Name changed into "Columbia".
Seen here in tow of the tug "Simoon" of the ITC. Delivered and sold for BU in Taiwan 1986.
She never sailed or had a cargo, she didn't have a IMO-number !
She was floating on air in her Gargo tanks, because a lot of her bottom was gone.
