Damaged tanker, 18 May 1952. Richfield Oil Tanker SS "David E. Day" in Los Angeles Harbor collision with Freighter "Marine Flier".  Two negatives show gaping hole starboard amidship of the Richfield Oil Tanker, SS David E. Day as it reached Los Angeles Harbor yesterday following collision. Blackened edges show evidence of fire".
