Built January 1945 by The Kaiser Company, Swan Island Yard, Portland, Oregon,
as "Fort Stanwix" # 2400, for U.M.S.C.
1946 released to the U.M.S.C.
1947 sold to Overseas Tankship Corp., Panama
1952 renamed as "Caltex Istanbul".
1956 purchased by the Outremer de Nav. Pétroliére SAF, Bordeuax and renamed "Caltex nantes".
1960 Owner restyled as Union Industrielle des Pétroles, Bordeaux.
1961 sold to Rio Palmea Cia Nav. Liberia and renamed as "Electra".
02.1962 converted to a bulkcarrier. New midship section Built by Rheinstahl Nordseewerke, Emden,
( 14418 Grt, 24412 Dwt ).
1967 sold to P.S. Li (Holdings) & Co., Liberia and renamed "Victoria Pride", then to Apollo (Liberia)
and renamed "Grand Pride".
Prior to 03.12.1977 ; arrived at Kaoshiung (Taiwa) for breaking up.
