1947 - MICHIGAN SUN, Sun Oil Company, Philadelphia
1960 - CARBIDE SEADRIFT, Union Carbide Corp., New York
Completed 04/1961 after re-build by Bethlehem Steel Co., Baltimore, modified for carrying chemicals in tanks
and containers in hatches under deck and on platform over main deck, 9,315 grt
1980 - SEADRIFT, Allied Towing Corp., Norfolk, Va.
re-engined 1981 with 3 Alco Diesels geared to shaft
laid up since 12/1984 (reported LSI 2001 sold for scrap).
