Built as T3-S2-A3 tanker. Served in Far East, 1946-1964. Departed Lorain, OH, November 22, 1965 for Boston. Then served off Viet Nam. Transferred to Military Sealift Command, July 24, 1973. Commissioned on April 1, 1946.
