Construction completed by her builder in 1947 and sold, 30 March 1947, to National Petroleum Transport Corp.,
renamed MS Transpet
Reregistered under the Panamanian flag in 1951 and placed under the operation of D.K. Ludwig of New York for the British-American Oil Co.
