1944 - Laid down, 27 September 1944, as TETONCAHA as a Maritime Commission type (T1-M-A2) tanker hull, under Maritime Commission contract (MC hull 2067) at East Coast Shipyards Inc., Bayonne, N.J.
1944 - TETONCAHA (AOG-41), Commissioned  8 December 1944
1946 - TETONCAHA (AOG-41), Decommissioned, 22 January 1946, at Mare Island, CA.
1946 - TETONCAHA (AOG-41), Struck from the Naval Register, 12 March 1946.
1946 - TETONCAHA (AOG-41), Custody transferred to the Maritime Commission, for disposal, 1 July 1946.
1948 - TETONCAHA (AOG-41), Sold by the Maritime Commission to the Sun Oil Co., Philadelphia, PA., and renamed MAUMEE SUN.
