"Exxon Nashville" was build in 1977, renamed in 1993 as "S/R Nashville".
Built by Hillman Barge & Construction Co., Brownsville, Pa. Hullnumber 540.
It was christened by Elsie Carter Byrd in 1977. Mrs. Byrd was the wife of Lawrence H. Byrd who was the Exxon Production Manager
in Midland TX. Her daughter Linda Byrd Andrews has the engraved serving plate and broken Champagne bottle that were given to
Mrs. Byrd after the christening.

Leased in 1997 as "De Ette Anderson", 2002 returned to SeaRiver Maritime, Inc., sold as "John Roberts" in 2003,
as seen here "John Roberts", southbound on the Illinois River off Chillicothe, Ill., on April 4, 2006.

Returned 2/2002 to SeaRiver Maritime, Inc.
Sold 1/2003 to Florida Marine Transporters, Inc., Mandeville, LA,
renamed John Roberts.
