Cape Flattery, Washington, April 26 - A DRIFT - The disable 810 foot Exxon tanker Exxon Philadelphia drifts 9 miles off the northern
Washington coast Wednesday. Laden with oil, the tanker is towed to Port Angeles Harbor, according to Coast Guard officials.
