Built 1974 by Sumitomo at Oppama, Japan. Owned and operated by Mobil  Oil Francaise, this vessel was originally powered by a Sumitomo Stal-Laval cross-compound marine steam turbine with reduction gear, giving a service  speed of 15 1/2 knots when laden. She was later fitted with twin Pielstick 12VFC4 engines, each developing 18,000HP through clutches and reduction  gearing driving a single shaft.
Demolished in 2001.
